IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE UNSATISFIED WITH AN ITEM PURCHASED FROM SCOFFSHOCKEY.CA, YOU CAN RETURN IT OR EXCHANGE IT WITH US. WE UNDERSTAND THAT IT CAN BE CHALLENGING TO UNDERSTAND HOW A PIECE OF EQUIPMENT WILL FIT WHEN LOOKING AT IT ON A COMPUTER SCREEN OR A MOBILE DEVICE. ITEMS IN NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF PURCHASE FOR A FULL REFUND. BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH A RETURN REQUEST, WE ASK THAT YOU READ OUR RETURN POLICY BELOW.

  • ANY USED/DEMO PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN MARKED AS SUCH AT TIME OF SALE
  • CLEARANCE ITEMS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REFUND

RETURN PROCEDURE

ALL PRODUCTS BEING RETURNED OR SENT BACK MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION, WHICH WILL BE DETERMINED UNDER OUR DISCRETION. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED WITH ALL APPLICABLE PACKAGING, TAGS, MANUFACTURER PAPER WORK AND WARRANTY CARDS OR INFORMATION. ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE PROOF OF PURCHASE, AND BE RETURNED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF PURCHASE. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT THE ABOVE ITEMS OR HAVE BEEN DEEMED TO HAVE BEEN USED WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.

  • PLEASE CLEARLY MARK THE RA# YOU HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. ALSO MARK BOX WITH "GOODS PURCHASED IN CANADA THAT ARE BEING RETURNED"
  • SHIP PACKAGE TO OUR RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS BELOW
  • SCOFF'S WILL NOT CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE ON ANY RETURNABLE ITEMS
  • ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS, IT MAY TAKE UP TO TWO WEEKS FOR PROCESSING
